RUST DEER PLANT INFORMATION

Meat: Customers will be contacted via call or text at the number(s) provided on the Cut Ticket when the order is ready for pickup. (PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE PHONE NUMBERS)

• Orders to be picked up and paid in full within 14 days of initial call or text that order is ready.
• Orders picked up after 14 days will be subject to a five dollar ($5.00) per day storage fee beginning the 15th day.

CAPES: Customers will need to contact their taxidermist to pick up capes within 14 days of drop off.

• Capes not picked up by taxidermist must be picked up by customer when meat order is picked up.
• Capes will be subject to an additional five dollars ($5.00) per day storage fee beginning the 15th day after initial call or text for pickup.

European Mounts: European Mounts will be completed as fast as possible. Customers will be called or text at the number provided when the mount is ready.

• European Mounts to be picked up within 30 days of initial call or text.
• Mounts will be subject to a five dollar($5.00) per day storage fee beginning the 31st day.

NOTE: Any meat not picked up by February 28th of every season will be subject to donation to local food bank unless prior arrangements have been made.
